Our junior class recently participated in a college exploration field trip designed to help students learn more about their postsecondary options. During the trip, students visited Owens Community College (Findlay campus) and the University of Findlay, where they toured the campuses, learned about academic programs, and gained insight into college life. Students were also able to participate in a college fair at Findlay High School, allowing students to meet with representatives from a variety of institutions to gather valuable information for their future planning.
This experience provided our juniors with an excellent opportunity to explore potential career paths and begin preparing for life after high school. Thank you to all of our hosts for providing such a wonderful experience for these students!🌟

Our freshmen class recently participated in a Career Exploration Field Trip that included visits to Makerfest of Greater Allen County and the Engineering Labs at Rhodes State College!
At Makerfest, students engaged with local employers, explored hands-on career demonstrations, and learned about the wide range of opportunities available in our region’s workforce. The visit to Rhodes State College provided an exciting look into the world of engineering and technology, as students toured the labs and interacted with faculty to learn about programs in STEM-related fields.
These experiences help students connect classroom learning to real-world careers and inspire them to plan for their future paths with confidence.
