Lunch prices for 2026-27 are as follows: Grades K-5: $3.00; Grades 6-8: $3.25; Grades 9-12: $3.50. Please note the additional daily lunch options available this year. Parents should complete a free/reduced lunch form if their family would be eligible for free/reduced lunches. A completed free/reduced lunch form helps the school determine if families are eligible to have their child’s course/lab fees waived for the current school year. For those who complete the online free and reduced form, please remember to sign. In an effort to provide our students the experiences to support their growth toward academic excellence, MCNC is providing Chromebooks to each of our 5th-8th grade students and iPads to each of our 9-12 students. It is the student’s responsibility to care for his/her Chromebook or iPad as well as bringing it to school every day with a fully charged battery. This equipment is, and at all times remains, the property of MCNC Local Schools. This year’s Open House will take place on Thursday, August 20 from 6:30PM-8:00PM. Kdg Orientation at 6:30PM and 6th Grade Orientation at 7pm in the gym. MS/HS student locker number assignments will be posted throughout the MS/HS wings. Student schedules/locker combinations will be taped to each student’s locker. Chromebooks and iPads will be placed inside individual student lockers. Several stations in the cafeteria or central office will be set up for parents to take care of the following items: Athletic Passes, Student Course Fee Payments, and Student Lunch Payments. PaySchools Central is now available to all parents (https://www.payschoolscentral.com/). Parents may take care of Lunch Balances, K-12 Grade Level Fees, & Free/Reduced Applications in PaySchools. In-person payments may be made in the MS/HS office on the following dates/times: 8/18-8/19: 7:30–11:30am & 12:30–2:00pm or at Open House on 8/20 from 6:30–8:00pm in the cafeteria.

For this evening's OHSAA Fall Sports Parent Meeting at 6:30 PM, please park in the old gym/church parking lot and enter through the new elementary entrance. The meeting will be held in the high school gym.
